Week of 5 October 2026

Owner-run shops with one stockroom and a person who also unlocks the door.

College stores that live and die by move-in week and a cold snap.

Lobby shops and amenity closets that reset between checkout and the next arrival.

Weekend markets that have a tent, a table, and a forecast.

Clubs that ship a small box on a cadence and cannot surprise the member with a different good.

People teams buying fifty of the same crate for a list.

The mark
The cart is the symbol. The letters do the naming. A catalogue you can order by code, and a fulfilment door that answers with a floor day. No password portal. The mailbox is the account.
The light lockup sits on paper. The dark lockup sits on the dock band. Same drawing, so a header and a photo do not look like two houses.

A Friday floor is a truck, not a magic morning in every stockroom.

A short band has started more fights than a wrong price.

A proof is a lock, not a brainstorm.

A complete email gets a yes or a no. A vague one gets a question, and the question might land after 15:00.
