Role
Helen Cho runs claims from Chicago. Five business days, one issue per email, photos, a lot if there is a lot, the ASN in the first line. Meet that and the memo is boring, which is the point.
How they decide
She refuses claims on goods opened against the family rules: testers made from sellable minis, blankets from a wet market, chewed bottles, crates a client already took. The refusal is short. A speech does not create a photo.
What to send
When the outbound photo already shows the fault, she does not make you retell it. She is harder when our photo is clean and the damage shows up days later in a stockroom. That pattern is often handling after delivery. Sometimes our photo was bad. She looks first.
What not to skip
Short-pays annoy her more than short cartons. Cartons can be counted. A short-pay poisons the next shipment. Use the memo. Do not invent a net.
Helen Cho is based against the Chicago rhythm. You still start at orders@insta.us so the thread keeps the ASN. Naming a person without the order history makes the Friday floor harder, not more human.
Keep going
Writing to the house, not around it
Helen Cho still wants the order thread. A side note that names claims without the ASN makes a Friday harder. Start at orders@insta.us, then say if Chicago is the yard or the rhythm involved. Helen Cho can step in when the thread is stuck. They cannot reconstruct a cut from a hello.
Decisions on counts follow photos. Decisions on clocks follow the confirmation. Helen Cho will not invent a discount, a portal password, or a consumer delivery to a porch. Trade packs, USD, a named door. If the request is art, it belongs to label week, not to a late PDF.
People here answer in sentences, not in a queue number. If you owe a photo, send the photo. If you owe a yes or a skip on a pulse, send the word. Helen Cho would rather close the note than keep a polite loop going into the next cut.
Before you send
Put Helen Cho in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
