- Monday 15:00 ET
A window is a clock with a capacity behind it, not a slogan. Monday cut is the ordinary promise. Midweek rush is a catch-up at yards that actually work it. Friday floor is how you receive. Holiday sprint moves the clock. Weather hold pauses the apron. Label week is ink. Sample floor is two billed inners. Restock pulse is a go or a skip.
One window per email
Name one. Two clocks in one note become two picks, and then someone is surprised by a second truck or by silence. The confirmation replaces this index when they disagree. Believe the confirmation, and reply on that thread if a line must change.
Same-week means the goods leave on the named floor day when the yard is working. It does not mean a customer is holding the pack at 10:00, and it does not outrank ice, heat, or a locked receiver.
- Monday cut Orders in by 15:00 ET Monday. Floor day Friday of the same week at yards on this window.
- Midweek rush Wednesday 12:00 ET for a Saturday handoff at yards that work that wave.
- Friday floor The day a confirmed Monday order is supposed to be rolling, not a separate order clock.
- Holiday sprint November and December. Cuts move earlier. The ordinary Monday clock is not a promise in those weeks.
- Weather hold A pause when the apron is unsafe or the goods would be cooked, soaked, or frozen.
- Label week Art locked the Monday before the print slot. Printed goods ship the following window, not the same Friday.
- Sample floor Two inners, not a master, on the next open window for that yard.
- Restock pulse A standing note every second Monday. You confirm or skip by 15:00 ET.
How this page is used
Windows belongs in an email subject beside the yard and the window. Write before 15:00 Eastern on an ordinary Monday, and read the confirmation when the week is a holiday sprint. A complete note gets a yes or a no. A vague one gets a question that may miss the cut.
Receive at the door. Count one inner. Count a second if the first is short. Photograph the flap the same day if you will want a credit. Windows does not change that sequence, and a short-pay on another invoice is not a substitute for it.
Weather, a missed appointment, and a locked receiver all move a floor day. The yard writes the next day in the same thread. Reply with what can wait. orders@insta.us remains the door in. There is no cart on this website.
What to put in the note
Windows is a working page for a buyer who already sells on a floor. The useful note names the yard, the window, and the quantity as packs, inners, or masters, and it uses only one of those words. orders@insta.us is the mailbox. There is no cart and no login. A second thread about windows does not move a truck that is already sequenced. If you already have an ASN, stay on that thread and put the number where a picker can see it.
The ordinary cut is 15:00 Eastern on Monday. A note about Windows that lands after the cut waits for the next open window unless the confirmation says the week is a holiday sprint. When the confirmation names a different floor day, plan that day. Do not plan the day you hoped for. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know which paper you actually sell. Forward the thread to the person who will meet the truck. A receiver working from memory signs the wrong note.
