These terms cover catalogue orders placed with Insta US by email. A confirmation is the contract for that order: codes, quantities, price in USD, yard, and floor day. The website explains the method. The confirmation wins if a page and a confirmation disagree.
Orders
An email is an offer. We accept it by confirming, or we reject it, or we counter with a different quantity or day. Silence is not acceptance. A second thread is a different offer. Payment terms are on the invoice. New buyers may be asked to pay before the pick.
Risk and receiving
Risk in the goods passes when the carrier takes them from our door, except where a claim photo shows the fault was already in our outbound set. You must receive against the ASN and write exceptions the same day when they are visible. Hidden shorts inside a band have five business days. Returns of banded, unopened goods follow the returns sheet and need a yes before you ship them back.
Limits
We do not warrant a retail outcome, a health result, or a weather-proof calendar. Holiday clocks and weather holds are part of the deal, not a breach. Our liability for a confirmed order is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods, typically as a credit memo. We are not liable for a locked receiver, a missed appointment you did not tell us about, or a sticker you placed over a lot code.
Private-label print follows the signed proof. A change of heart after the proof window is not a defect. Questions on these terms: orders@insta.us.
How this page is used
Terms belongs in an email subject beside the yard and the window. Write before 15:00 Eastern on an ordinary Monday, and read the confirmation when the week is a holiday sprint. A complete note gets a yes or a no. A vague one gets a question that may miss the cut.
Receive at the door. Count one inner. Count a second if the first is short. Photograph the flap the same day if you will want a credit. Terms does not change that sequence, and a short-pay on another invoice is not a substitute for it.
Weather, a missed appointment, and a locked receiver all move a floor day. The yard writes the next day in the same thread. Reply with what can wait. orders@insta.us remains the door in. There is no cart on this website.
What to put in the note
Terms is a working page for a buyer who already sells on a floor. The useful note names the yard, the window, and the quantity as packs, inners, or masters, and it uses only one of those words. orders@insta.us is the mailbox. There is no cart and no login. A second thread about terms does not move a truck that is already sequenced. If you already have an ASN, stay on that thread and put the number where a picker can see it.
The ordinary cut is 15:00 Eastern on Monday. A note about Terms that lands after the cut waits for the next open window unless the confirmation says the week is a holiday sprint. When the confirmation names a different floor day, plan that day. Do not plan the day you hoped for. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know which paper you actually sell. Forward the thread to the person who will meet the truck. A receiver working from memory signs the wrong note.
