Stories are the notes we would rather you read before a claim, a market, or a first private-label run. They are not a magazine about lifestyle. Each one points at a sheet or a window where the rule lives in shorter form.
How to use them
If a story matches a carton in your room, go back to the order thread with the code and a photo. Do not start a new mailbox item titled with the story. The history is the point. One issue per note, so the credit can name a line.
Weather stories and holiday stories are warnings about clocks, not invitations to negotiate with an apron. The yard lead still decides the hold. You decide which codes can wait.

What same-week actually means
A Friday floor is a truck, not a magic morning in every stockroom.

Count the inner before you argue the invoice
A short band has started more fights than a wrong price.

What we will not print on a Tuesday night
A proof is a lock, not a brainstorm.

A missed Newark slot does not return after lunch
The gate clerk leaves, and the door is not a suggestion.

How this page is used
Stories belongs in an email subject beside the yard and the window. Write before 15:00 Eastern on an ordinary Monday, and read the confirmation when the week is a holiday sprint. A complete note gets a yes or a no. A vague one gets a question that may miss the cut.
Receive at the door. Count one inner. Count a second if the first is short. Photograph the flap the same day if you will want a credit. Stories does not change that sequence, and a short-pay on another invoice is not a substitute for it.
Weather, a missed appointment, and a locked receiver all move a floor day. The yard writes the next day in the same thread. Reply with what can wait. orders@insta.us remains the door in. There is no cart on this website.
What to put in the note
Stories is a working page for a buyer who already sells on a floor. The useful note names the yard, the window, and the quantity as packs, inners, or masters, and it uses only one of those words. orders@insta.us is the mailbox. There is no cart and no login. A second thread about stories does not move a truck that is already sequenced. If you already have an ASN, stay on that thread and put the number where a picker can see it.
The ordinary cut is 15:00 Eastern on Monday. A note about Stories that lands after the cut waits for the next open window unless the confirmation says the week is a holiday sprint. When the confirmation names a different floor day, plan that day. Do not plan the day you hoped for. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know which paper you actually sell. Forward the thread to the person who will meet the truck. A receiver working from memory signs the wrong note.
