Heat, ice, and standing water are yard decisions, written in one line.
The situation
Phoenix in July stops staging soft goods after lunch. Shade cloth is up and it is still not a place for a balm master to wait on a driver. Dallas does the same with pouches. The email says heat hold and names the next morning wave.
What we do with it
Minneapolis in January will not park candles on the apron while a driver finishes a call. Chicago will not ask a person to walk a dock plate that is ice. Seattle pauses when water covers the plate, not when the sky is merely grey.
What you should do
Miami's meter is less dramatic and just as final. A wet coffee master does not go back out the same day. If the yard sits in a storm cone, we do not ship a brave pallet. The email will not be poetic.
The limit
Reply with what can wait and what should split onto the next working window. Do not reply with a speech. The lead is looking at an apron, then at a list. A short list gets a better answer.
If this note matches a carton in your room, reply on the order thread rather than starting a fresh complaint. Codes and photos beat a retelling. The sheets are the durable version of these stories, and the windows are the clocks the stories keep bumping into.
Keep going
If this is your carton
Heat, ice, and standing water are yard decisions, written in one line. Reply on the order thread with the code and the ASN. A fresh email titled with the story name loses the history When the apron says no is trying to protect. One issue per note. Photos of the flap and the inner beat a paragraph about how the week felt.
Match the story to a sheet before you invent a local rule. Receiving, claims, appointments, and weather already say what the yards will do. When the apron says no is the reason those sheets are short. They were written after a real miss, not before a campaign.
Same-week still means the named window when the apron is working. It does not mean a customer holding the good at 10:00, and it does not overrule ice, heat, or a locked shop. If you need a date that cannot slip, the carton has to be in your room the week before. When the apron says no is a floor note, not a guarantee you can forward to a vice president unchanged.
What to put in the note
When the apron says no is a working page for a buyer who already sells on a floor. The useful note names the yard, the window, and the quantity as packs, inners, or masters, and it uses only one of those words. orders@insta.us is the mailbox. There is no cart and no login. A second thread about stories weather holds does not move a truck that is already sequenced. If you already have an ASN, stay on that thread and put the number where a picker can see it.
The ordinary cut is 15:00 Eastern on Monday. A note about When the apron says no that lands after the cut waits for the next open window unless the confirmation says the week is a holiday sprint. When the confirmation names a different floor day, plan that day. Do not plan the day you hoped for. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know which paper you actually sell. Forward the thread to the person who will meet the truck. A receiver working from memory signs the wrong note.
