The promise is narrow on purpose. An order that makes the named window leaves the named yard on the floor day in the confirmation, when the apron is working and a receiver exists. That is the sentence we will stand behind.
What it is not
It is not a guarantee that a shopper is holding the good at a particular morning. Carrier hours after our door are the carrier's. A locked shop is not our miss. A storm, a heat hold, or ice on a plate pauses the promise and replaces it with a new day, written in the same thread.
What you can hold us to
The code you confirmed, the inner count on the ASN, the price on that confirmation, and a claim process that looks at photos. If our outbound photo already shows the fault, the credit should be boring. If the fault appeared after a clean door, we will say so.
We will also hold ourselves to a no. A full week gets a no, or a later window, not a theatrical yes. Capacity is part of honesty. So is refusing medical claims, fuel, and anything we do not actually pick.

How this page is used
The promise belongs in an email subject beside the yard and the window. Write before 15:00 Eastern on an ordinary Monday, and read the confirmation when the week is a holiday sprint. A complete note gets a yes or a no. A vague one gets a question that may miss the cut.
Receive at the door. Count one inner. Count a second if the first is short. Photograph the flap the same day if you will want a credit. The promise does not change that sequence, and a short-pay on another invoice is not a substitute for it.
Weather, a missed appointment, and a locked receiver all move a floor day. The yard writes the next day in the same thread. Reply with what can wait. orders@insta.us remains the door in. There is no cart on this website.
Before you send
Put The promise in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
