Sheets are the durable version of the stories: order, carton, ASN, receiving, returns, claims, packaging, private label, appointments, weather, holiday, tracking. They are written for the person at the door and the person writing the Monday email.
Print the one you are about to need
Read receiving before you break a seal. Read the order window before you write. Read claims before you short-pay an invoice in frustration. A memo is the credit path. A silent deduction is how the next shipment gets held for a reason that is not the carton.
Where a sheet and a confirmation disagree, the confirmation wins for that order. Reply on the thread. A second subject line splits the pick.
How this page is used
Sheets belongs in an email subject beside the yard and the window. Write before 15:00 Eastern on an ordinary Monday, and read the confirmation when the week is a holiday sprint. A complete note gets a yes or a no. A vague one gets a question that may miss the cut.
Receive at the door. Count one inner. Count a second if the first is short. Photograph the flap the same day if you will want a credit. Sheets does not change that sequence, and a short-pay on another invoice is not a substitute for it.
Weather, a missed appointment, and a locked receiver all move a floor day. The yard writes the next day in the same thread. Reply with what can wait. orders@insta.us remains the door in. There is no cart on this website.
Before you send
Put Sheets in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
What to put in the note
Sheets is a working page for a buyer who already sells on a floor. The useful note names the yard, the window, and the quantity as packs, inners, or masters, and it uses only one of those words. orders@insta.us is the mailbox. There is no cart and no login. A second thread about sheets does not move a truck that is already sequenced. If you already have an ASN, stay on that thread and put the number where a picker can see it.
The ordinary cut is 15:00 Eastern on Monday. A note about Sheets that lands after the cut waits for the next open window unless the confirmation says the week is a holiday sprint. When the confirmation names a different floor day, plan that day. Do not plan the day you hoped for. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know which paper you actually sell. Forward the thread to the person who will meet the truck. A receiver working from memory signs the wrong note.
