Who orders it
An appointment is a yard, a door, a clock time, and a person. The confirmation carries all four. If one is wrong, reply before the day. Changing a door the morning of the slot is how two trucks meet.
Carton facts
Grace is short. Dallas holds fifteen minutes. Newark does not invent a late door after 14:30. Los Angeles is an early yard. Read the yard page once, then trust the confirmation for the day.
The email that works
Tell us if the site cannot take a pallet. Breaking a master into inners changes the time on the plate. Springing that news on the driver costs the next slot.
What we will not do
Your receiver needs the ASN. Forward the thread. A person who usually handles it, but has not seen the note, will count from memory and sign the wrong thing.
Print this sheet or keep it with the ASN. It is written for the person at the door, not for a slide. Questions that the sheet does not answer belong on the order thread, with the code, not in a new mailbox. orders@insta.us is the cut.

Read appointment sheet before you write, not after the driver leaves. Put the code in the first line and the quantity in the body, in packs, unless you mean masters and say so. Ten is ten inners. That single rule sits behind more of these sheets than people expect.
Keep one thread. A second subject becomes a second pick, and then appointment sheet cannot tell which truck you meant. Forward the thread to the person at the door so they are not counting from memory. Memory signs the wrong exception.
Credits, when a sheet ends in a credit, are memos in USD against the invoice. Do not short-pay a different order and call it even. Weather and holiday clocks, when they apply, live in the confirmation and outrank a general page. If appointment sheet and the confirmation disagree, believe the confirmation and write back on that thread.
Before you send
Put Appointment sheet in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count.
