Applications are the floors we pack for: independent shops, campus stores, hotels, markets, clubs, corporate lists, pharmacy front ends, sporting goods, museum counters, and direct brands. The carton does not change its physics because the sign on the door is different. The email does.
What changes by floor
A campus store has cliffs. A museum counter has light and quiet. A club cannot survive a silent substitution. A corporate list wants fifty identical crates, not fifty inventions. Read the page that matches the floor before you promise a date you have not confirmed.
Every one of these buyers still uses the same cut, the same claims photos, and the same mailbox. We did not build a separate portal per industry. That kind of chrome looks busy and loses orders.

Independent retail
Owner-run shops with one stockroom and a person who also unlocks the door.

Campus stores
College stores that live and die by move-in week and a cold snap.

Hotel shops
Lobby shops and amenity closets that reset between checkout and the next arrival.

Pop-up markets
Weekend markets that have a tent, a table, and a forecast.

Subscription clubs
Clubs that ship a small box on a cadence and cannot surprise the member with a different good.

Corporate gifting
People teams buying fifty of the same crate for a list.

Pharmacy front end
Front-of-pharmacy shelves that sell a trial bottle beside an ordinary day.

Sporting goods
Floors that sell a weekend outside, plus the socks and cables that come along.

Museum shops
Museum counters that need small, clean goods tied to a room, not a shouting display.

Direct brands
Brands that ship onward to their own customers and need a first run that tells the truth.
How this page is used
Applications belongs in an email subject beside the yard and the window. Write before 15:00 Eastern on an ordinary Monday, and read the confirmation when the week is a holiday sprint. A complete note gets a yes or a no. A vague one gets a question that may miss the cut.
Receive at the door. Count one inner. Count a second if the first is short. Photograph the flap the same day if you will want a credit. Applications does not change that sequence, and a short-pay on another invoice is not a substitute for it.
Weather, a missed appointment, and a locked receiver all move a floor day. The yard writes the next day in the same thread. Reply with what can wait. orders@insta.us remains the door in. There is no cart on this website.
What to put in the note
Applications is a working page for a buyer who already sells on a floor. The useful note names the yard, the window, and the quantity as packs, inners, or masters, and it uses only one of those words. orders@insta.us is the mailbox. There is no cart and no login. A second thread about applications does not move a truck that is already sequenced. If you already have an ASN, stay on that thread and put the number where a picker can see it.
The ordinary cut is 15:00 Eastern on Monday. A note about Applications that lands after the cut waits for the next open window unless the confirmation says the week is a holiday sprint. When the confirmation names a different floor day, plan that day. Do not plan the day you hoped for. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know which paper you actually sell. Forward the thread to the person who will meet the truck. A receiver working from memory signs the wrong note.
