Insta US collects what an order needs: the name and email you write from, ship-to and appointment details, codes, quantities, and any photos you attach to a claim. We use that to confirm a cut, book a door, deliver, invoice, and handle a credit.

What we do not do

We do not run a consumer account, a password reset, or a newsletter signup on this site. There is no form. If you email us, you have the thread. If you do not, we do not have a silent profile of you built from a cart, because there is no cart.

Who sees an order

Yard leads, the catalogue editor when a page is wrong, claims, and private label when art is in play. Carriers see the ship-to and the handling units they scan. We do not sell the address book.

How long

Order threads and invoices stay as long as the books need them, including claim windows and ordinary accounting. Photos of cartons stay with the claim file. You can ask us to correct a ship-to or a legal name on a future invoice by replying on the thread. A past invoice is a record, not a draft.

Questions about this note go to orders@insta.us with the word privacy in the subject. We will answer in the thread, not through a portal we do not operate.

How this page is used

Privacy belongs in an email subject beside the yard and the window. Write before 15:00 Eastern on an ordinary Monday, and read the confirmation when the week is a holiday sprint. A complete note gets a yes or a no. A vague one gets a question that may miss the cut.

Receive at the door. Count one inner. Count a second if the first is short. Photograph the flap the same day if you will want a credit. Privacy does not change that sequence, and a short-pay on another invoice is not a substitute for it.

Weather, a missed appointment, and a locked receiver all move a floor day. The yard writes the next day in the same thread. Reply with what can wait. orders@insta.us remains the door in. There is no cart on this website.

Before you send

Put Privacy in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
