The floor problem
From the first Monday in November, read the confirmation clock before the general Monday page. The sprint clock wins. Gift crates and inserts need earlier locks. Apparel still moves, and it shares hands with crates.
The pack
Freeze names before label week. A list in motion is not art. Plain crates plus handwritten cards remain the escape hatch. It is not elegant. It ships.
A clean receive
Goods already in your room are the only goods a storm cannot delay. If a gift must be in a specific lobby on a specific morning, it should already be in that city the week before.
Claims and timing
Returns after the holiday still follow the returns sheet. A crate someone did not like is not damaged. If it is unopened and inside the window, write. If it was opened at a party, it stays opened.
Print this sheet or keep it with the ASN. It is written for the person at the door, not for a slide. Questions that the sheet does not answer belong on the order thread, with the code, not in a new mailbox. orders@insta.us is the cut.

Worked use
Read holiday sheet before you write, not after the driver leaves. Put the code in the first line and the quantity in the body, in packs, unless you mean masters and say so. Ten is ten inners. That single rule sits behind more of these sheets than people expect.
Keep one thread. A second subject becomes a second pick, and then holiday sheet cannot tell which truck you meant. Forward the thread to the person at the door so they are not counting from memory. Memory signs the wrong exception.
Credits, when a sheet ends in a credit, are memos in USD against the invoice. Do not short-pay a different order and call it even. Weather and holiday clocks, when they apply, live in the confirmation and outrank a general page. If holiday sheet and the confirmation disagree, believe the confirmation and write back on that thread.
Before you send
Put Holiday sheet in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
