What it is for

Packaging is part of the code. Tissue in a gift crate is not a favour you add in the subject. If you need tissue, order a crate code or a tissue code. A note that says make it nice produces the standard pack.

How it ships

Belly bands, size slips, and care cards are insert codes. They can ride with apparel when both are on the same order, the same yard, and the goods have not left. They do not chase a departed truck.

At the door

Your sticker goes on in your room unless it was a label week. The yard will not pause a Friday pick to apply two hundred stickers that arrived as an afterthought.

When it slips

Plain packaging is the default on blanks and on most trade inners. Retail-ready means the unit can go to a shelf without you ironing it. Crushed is a claim. Plain is the spec.

Print this sheet or keep it with the ASN. It is written for the person at the door, not for a slide. Questions that the sheet does not answer belong on the order thread, with the code, not in a new mailbox. orders@insta.us is the cut.

Worked use

Read packaging sheet before you write, not after the driver leaves. Put the code in the first line and the quantity in the body, in packs, unless you mean masters and say so. Ten is ten inners. That single rule sits behind more of these sheets than people expect.

Keep one thread. A second subject becomes a second pick, and then packaging sheet cannot tell which truck you meant. Forward the thread to the person at the door so they are not counting from memory. Memory signs the wrong exception.

Credits, when a sheet ends in a credit, are memos in USD against the invoice. Do not short-pay a different order and call it even. Weather and holiday clocks, when they apply, live in the confirmation and outrank a general page. If packaging sheet and the confirmation disagree, believe the confirmation and write back on that thread.

Before you send

Put Packaging sheet in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
