The floor problem
Returns are for unopened, banded inners inside ten days of the floor day, sent back to the yard that shipped them. Write first. A surprise pallet will sit, and a sitting carton gets dusty and stops being returnable.
The pack
Damage claims are not returns. Leave the goods, photograph them, and wait for the credit path. Shipping a crushed vase back as proof usually finishes the vase.
A clean receive
We do not take back opened beauty, worn apparel, rained-on textiles, chewed kids goods, gifts that reached a person, or anything with a sticker smeared across the lot code.
Claims and timing
Credits are USD against the invoice, not against your retail price. Freight on a return you chose is yours. Freight on a wrong code we sent is ours. The email says which.
Print this sheet or keep it with the ASN. It is written for the person at the door, not for a slide. Questions that the sheet does not answer belong on the order thread, with the code, not in a new mailbox. orders@insta.us is the cut.

Worked use
Read returns sheet before you write, not after the driver leaves. Put the code in the first line and the quantity in the body, in packs, unless you mean masters and say so. Ten is ten inners. That single rule sits behind more of these sheets than people expect.
Keep one thread. A second subject becomes a second pick, and then returns sheet cannot tell which truck you meant. Forward the thread to the person at the door so they are not counting from memory. Memory signs the wrong exception.
Credits, when a sheet ends in a credit, are memos in USD against the invoice. Do not short-pay a different order and call it even. Weather and holiday clocks, when they apply, live in the confirmation and outrank a general page. If returns sheet and the confirmation disagree, believe the confirmation and write back on that thread.
Before you send
Put Returns sheet in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
