A standing note every second Monday. You confirm or skip by 15:00 ET.

The floor problem

The pulse is for goods that repeat: pet pouches, coffee, wash trios, pharmacy sachets. Every second Monday you get a reminder of the last quantities. You reply go, skip, or a new number. Silence is a skip, not a go. We learned that with a buyer who was on leave.

The pack

Skipping is healthy. A back room full of kibble is not loyalty. Write the new par when the old one is wrong. The pulse is a memory aid, not a trap you have to fight.

A clean receive

The pulse still loses to weather holds and to the holiday sprint clock. A go does not create capacity the yard does not have. If we cannot make the Friday floor we say so on Monday, not on Thursday.

Claims and timing

Cancel the pulse in one line when the product is done. Do not ignore three reminders and then get angry at the fourth. A sentence is enough.

Use this window by name in the subject. Mixing two windows in one email makes two picks. If you are unsure which yard can honour it, look at the yard pages and at the order window sheet. The confirmation, once sent, is the clock that counts.

Keep going

Using the Restock pulse

A standing note every second Monday. You confirm or skip by 15:00 ET. Put that timing in the subject along with the yard. A second window in the same email is a second pick. Restock pulse does not blend into the word soon. If the yard you want does not run this window, the reply will name one that does, or it will say no.

Capacity is checked when the email arrives, not when the truck is at the door. Gift crates in the holiday sprint take hands that apparel used in October. Soft goods in Phoenix and Dallas still want the morning wave even if the window says Friday. The confirmation line is the one a receiver should believe if this page and the week ever disagree.

Keep the ASN, the door, and a person who will be in the building. Restock pulse fails quietly when the shop is locked. It also fails loudly when two threads exist for one order. Stay on the first thread. Change quantities there, before the pick, and say which line died.

What to put in the note

Restock pulse is a working page for a buyer who already sells on a floor. The useful note names the yard, the window, and the quantity as packs, inners, or masters, and it uses only one of those words. orders@insta.us is the mailbox. There is no cart and no login. A second thread about windows restock pulse does not move a truck that is already sequenced. If you already have an ASN, stay on that thread and put the number where a picker can see it.

The ordinary cut is 15:00 Eastern on Monday. A note about Restock pulse that lands after the cut waits for the next open window unless the confirmation says the week is a holiday sprint. When the confirmation names a different floor day, plan that day. Do not plan the day you hoped for. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know which paper you actually sell. Forward the thread to the person who will meet the truck. A receiver working from memory signs the wrong note.
