Two inners, not a master, on the next open window for that yard.
What it is for
A sample is two inners of a code you have not carried, or a blank you want to test. It rides the next open window. It does not jump a queue, and it does not get a private courier unless you arrange that yourself after our truck.
How it ships
Samples are billed. They are not a free taste. The price is the pack price times two, plus ordinary outbound. If you need one mug for a photo, buy the four pack and own the extras. We will not break an inner for a photoshoot.
At the door
Use the sample to check size, scent, closure, and the honesty of the flap. Do not use it to pressure a yard into a rush. A sample that arrives Friday can support an order the following Monday.
When it slips
If the sample is wrong, say so with photos before the production order. A production order placed while assuming the sample is close enough is still a production order. We pick what the code says.
Use this window by name in the subject. Mixing two windows in one email makes two picks. If you are unsure which yard can honour it, look at the yard pages and at the order window sheet. The confirmation, once sent, is the clock that counts.
Keep going
Using the Sample floor
Two inners, not a master, on the next open window for that yard. Put that timing in the subject along with the yard. A second window in the same email is a second pick. Sample floor does not blend into the word soon. If the yard you want does not run this window, the reply will name one that does, or it will say no.
Capacity is checked when the email arrives, not when the truck is at the door. Gift crates in the holiday sprint take hands that apparel used in October. Soft goods in Phoenix and Dallas still want the morning wave even if the window says Friday. The confirmation line is the one a receiver should believe if this page and the week ever disagree.
Keep the ASN, the door, and a person who will be in the building. Sample floor fails quietly when the shop is locked. It also fails loudly when two threads exist for one order. Stay on the first thread. Change quantities there, before the pick, and say which line died.
What to put in the note
Sample floor is a working page for a buyer who already sells on a floor. The useful note names the yard, the window, and the quantity as packs, inners, or masters, and it uses only one of those words. orders@insta.us is the mailbox. There is no cart and no login. A second thread about windows sample floor does not move a truck that is already sequenced. If you already have an ASN, stay on that thread and put the number where a picker can see it.
The ordinary cut is 15:00 Eastern on Monday. A note about Sample floor that lands after the cut waits for the next open window unless the confirmation says the week is a holiday sprint. When the confirmation names a different floor day, plan that day. Do not plan the day you hoped for. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know which paper you actually sell. Forward the thread to the person who will meet the truck. A receiver working from memory signs the wrong note.
