Role
Priya Shah edits the pack pages. If a size, a scent, or a port is wrong, she wants the code in the subject. She would rather correct a page than defend it. A wrong inner count on a page is an operational fault.
How they decide
She writes size-tape wording and the age bands on kids basics. Numbers, not moods. When a sample does not match the band, the page waits. She will not publish a guess to make a season look full.
What to send
Beauty trays and cable ports have needed the most corrections. Both looked fine in a photo and failed in a count. She travels to a yard when a family keeps misbehaving.
What not to skip
Price changes, when they happen, show up as a new number with a date. If you ordered at the old number before the change, the confirmation price stands. Quiet favours do not.
Priya Shah is based against the Columbus rhythm. You still start at orders@insta.us so the thread keeps the ASN. Naming a person without the order history makes the Friday floor harder, not more human.
Keep going
Writing to the house, not around it
Priya Shah still wants the order thread. A side note that names catalogue editor without the ASN makes a Friday harder. Start at orders@insta.us, then say if Columbus is the yard or the rhythm involved. Priya Shah can step in when the thread is stuck. They cannot reconstruct a cut from a hello.
Decisions on counts follow photos. Decisions on clocks follow the confirmation. Priya Shah will not invent a discount, a portal password, or a consumer delivery to a porch. Trade packs, USD, a named door. If the request is art, it belongs to label week, not to a late PDF.
People here answer in sentences, not in a queue number. If you owe a photo, send the photo. If you owe a yes or a skip on a pulse, send the word. Priya Shah would rather close the note than keep a polite loop going into the next cut.
Before you send
Put Priya Shah in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
