What it is for
There is no portal password. The account is the mailbox thread plus the invoices we send as replies. Use orders@insta.us. One order, one thread, one invoice in USD. A second thread becomes a second order even when you did not mean it.
How it ships
Payment terms are stated on the invoice, not invented in a chat. New buyers pay before the pick until we have a short history of clean invoices. That is dull and it keeps Friday from depending on a finance queue.
At the door
If a confirmation price and a later page price disagree, the confirmation stands for that order. Priya Shah changes page prices with a date. She does not rewrite last Monday.
When it slips
Put the legal name you want on the invoice in the first order. Changing it after the goods have left means a memo, not a time machine. Tax details you are required to keep are yours to check. We do not invent a registration number for you.
Help pages point at the longer sheets when a count or a clock is involved. Start with sheets if you are about to sign a delivery, and with windows if you are about to promise a date. The mailbox remains orders@insta.us.

What to send
For accounts, the first line should carry the ASN or the code, then the question. Do not open with a mood. The person reading the cut may be between two doors. Accounts is handled in the order thread so the yard photo and your photo stay together.
There is no form on this site and no password to reset. If you need a pack spec, read the pack page and the carton sheet. If you need a clock, read the window. Help is for the gap between those pages and the carton in front of you.
Same-day notes beat Monday reconstructions. Five business days is the outer claim window when a band hid the miss. After that, accounts may already be closed in the book. Ask anyway if you have a fact we did not have. A restatement of frustration is not a new fact.
Before you send
Put Accounts in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
