What it is for
Claims are a photo matched to a photo. Ours from the outbound door, yours from receiving, same day if you can. Put the ASN and the code in the first line. One problem per email so the memo can name a line.
How it ships
Five business days is the window when the fault was inside a band you could not see at the door. After that we will still read the note, and we will say if the book is already closed. Earlier is better, especially for pantry dates.
At the door
Heat, rain, and a stockroom that used a carton as a step are the arguments we see most. The yard page for the city that shipped will tell you what we already treat as normal, like dry tape in Denver or sweat in Miami. Normal is not the same as damaged.
When it slips
You will get a memo in USD or a no with a reason. You will not get a phone tree. If you disagree with the no, reply with a fact we did not have, not with a restatement of the disappointment.
Help pages point at the longer sheets when a count or a clock is involved. Start with sheets if you are about to sign a delivery, and with windows if you are about to promise a date. The mailbox remains orders@insta.us.

What to send
For claims help, the first line should carry the ASN or the code, then the question. Do not open with a mood. The person reading the cut may be between two doors. Claims help is handled in the order thread so the yard photo and your photo stay together.
There is no form on this site and no password to reset. If you need a pack spec, read the pack page and the carton sheet. If you need a clock, read the window. Help is for the gap between those pages and the carton in front of you.
Same-day notes beat Monday reconstructions. Five business days is the outer claim window when a band hid the miss. After that, claims help may already be closed in the book. Ask anyway if you have a fact we did not have. A restatement of frustration is not a new fact.
Before you send
Put Claims help in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
