What it is for

Shipping at Insta US means a yard door to the door you named, on the window you confirmed. It does not mean a consumer parcel to a porch, and it does not mean we choose a surprise carrier the night before. The lane is named in the confirmation when it matters, and the appointment is the thing to put on a calendar.

How it ships

Masters are the handling unit. If your building cannot take a pallet, say so in the first email. We can break to inners. That changes the plate time and the ASN. Discovering it when the driver is downstairs costs the next buyer their slot.

At the door

Before you send

Put Shipping in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
