What it is for

Look at the confirmation for the floor day before you look for a scan. Picking is not tracking. The scan belongs to the carrier, and some lanes scan the handling unit rather than every master. If you need master-level scans, say so before the cut.

How it ships

When the floor day passes with no scan, reply on the same thread with the ASN. We can see whether the carton is still on our shelf. Still on the shelf is a missed door, which we can rebook. Already gone, with a late scan, is a carrier question.

A new email with a dramatic subject splits the history. Keep the thread. The person answering in the afternoon should not have to hunt the morning confirmation.

When it slips

Your customer's tracking number, if you ship onward, is created in your postage account. We do not run a consumer tracking page, and we do not see those last-mile scans.

Help pages point at the longer sheets when a count or a clock is involved. Start with sheets if you are about to sign a delivery, and with windows if you are about to promise a date. The mailbox remains orders@insta.us.

What to send

For tracking help, the first line should carry the ASN or the code, then the question. Do not open with a mood. The person reading the cut may be between two doors. Tracking help is handled in the order thread so the yard photo and your photo stay together.

There is no form on this site and no password to reset. If you need a pack spec, read the pack page and the carton sheet. If you need a clock, read the window. Help is for the gap between those pages and the carton in front of you.

Same-day notes beat Monday reconstructions. Five business days is the outer claim window when a band hid the miss. After that, tracking help may already be closed in the book. Ask anyway if you have a fact we did not have. A restatement of frustration is not a new fact.

Before you send

Put Tracking help in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
