The floor problem
The port is the product. A kit labelled C-to-C is not a consolation prize for a buyer who needed a C-to-lightning shape. We print the port on the inner and on the master. If you sell both, order both codes. Do not ask the yard to mix them in one carton to 'save a box'.
The pack
Cables knot if the tie is cut in the master. Leave the tie until the counter display. Returns of knotted, dirty cables are refused. A dead cable that fails a simple power check, with the lot code readable, is a claim.
A clean receive
We do not kit branded phone bodies or anything that needs a carrier unlock story. Cases are plain, sized, and boring. If you want a printed case, that is a label week with Andre Blake's team, and it will not make this Friday.
Claims and timing
Small electronics like to walk. Count the inner at the dock, then again when it hits the counter cabinet. The second count is yours. Our photo shows the dock count, not what happened in a stockroom overnight.

Cable kits moves on the Monday cut unless a pack page or a confirmation says a different window. Masters are what the yard lifts. Inners are what you counted in the email, unless you wrote the word masters.
The quirk on each pack page is the sentence to read aloud to a receiver. It is more useful than a second copy of the catalogue intro. If a count is off, open a second inner before the claim. A swapped band has masqueraded as a shortage more than once in this family.
Price is USD trade. Your floor price is yours. Freight is quoted per lane. Label week is a separate clock if these goods need your mark. Cable kits will not absorb a new slogan on a Thursday and still make Friday.
