The floor problem
Home refresh is sold in small inners because a shop rarely needs a pallet of vases. The useful unit is a table reset: one throw, four candles, a napkin set, maybe a peg rail if the wall is empty. We pack those as separate codes so you can skip the rail and still make the window.
The pack
Glass and ceramic ride in divided cartons. If you hear a rattle at receiving, stop and open that master before you sign the delivery clean. A hairline in a vase is a claim with a photo. A scent you did not sample is not. Candle codes list the scent on the inner, not only on our page.
A clean receive
White linen marks easily on a dusty dock. Newark and Seattle yards keep those masters on a clean top pallet, not under pantry. If your shop is mid-renovation, say so in the email and we will add a poly cover. We will not store the goods at your site.
Claims and timing
Price on the pack is the trade price, USD, for the inner. We do not print a suggested retail. Your floor price is yours. Corporate gifting buyers who want a tissue wrap should order the gift crate family alongside, not ask the yard to improvise tissue on a Friday.

Home refresh moves on the Monday cut unless a pack page or a confirmation says a different window. Masters are what the yard lifts. Inners are what you counted in the email, unless you wrote the word masters.
The quirk on each pack page is the sentence to read aloud to a receiver. It is more useful than a second copy of the catalogue intro. If a count is off, open a second inner before the claim. A swapped band has masqueraded as a shortage more than once in this family.
Price is USD trade. Your floor price is yours. Freight is quoted per lane. Label week is a separate clock if these goods need your mark. Home refresh will not absorb a new slogan on a Thursday and still make Friday.
