Coffee, tins, and dry goods with dates a shop can read, packed for a two-week shelf not a speculative pallet. Grocers, campus markets, and hotel pantries that need dates, not a mystery assortment.
Who orders it
Pantry packs carry a best-by date on the inner and again on the master flap. If those two dates disagree, do not average them. Photograph both and write to claims the same day. We would rather credit a carton than argue about which stamp a roaster meant.
Carton facts
Coffee is the awkward one. It is light, it stales, and it picks up scent from a neighbouring candle master if someone builds a mixed pallet badly. Yards keep coffee on the dry grocery aisle, upwind of beauty and home scent. Say the word coffee in the order email so the picker does not tuck it under gift tissue.
The email that works
We do not ship frozen or raw chilled protein on these windows. If a buyer asks for a cooler pack, the answer is no, use a specialist. Dry snacks, tins, grains, and roasted coffee are the lane. Shelf life on arrival should still clear 90 days unless the code says otherwise.
What we will not do
A short tin count is the usual claim, not spoilage. Count one inner fully. If it is short, count a second before you write the yard. The cartons was sometimes mis-banded in a rush week, and a second count keeps both of us honest.
Packs in this family
- House coffee, twelve bag (PN-COF-12), 12 bags, $62, usually Newark.
- Snack tin, eight (PN-TIN-8), 8 tins, $36, usually Dallas.
- Oat carton, six (PN-OAT-6), 6 cartons, $28, usually Chicago.
- Broth tin, twelve (PN-BRTH-12), 12 tins, $33, usually Atlanta.
- Nut mix pouch, ten (PN-NUT-10), 10 pouches, $41, usually Phoenix.
- Tea sleeve, sixteen box (PN-TEA-16), 16 boxes, $39, usually Seattle.
Each pack page has the master count and the quirk we want a receiver to know. Order inners unless you write the word masters. Ten means ten inners. That rule has saved more back rooms than any discount would.

Ordering from pantry staples
Grocers, campus markets, and hotel pantries that need dates, not a mystery assortment. Pick codes from the list above rather than asking the yard to assemble a mood. Pantry staples moves on the Monday cut unless a pack page or a confirmation says a different window. Masters are what the yard lifts. Inners are what you counted in the email, unless you wrote the word masters.
The quirk on each pack page is the sentence to read aloud to a receiver. It is more useful than a second copy of the catalogue intro. If a count is off, open a second inner before the claim. A swapped band has masqueraded as a shortage more than once in this family.
Price is USD trade. Your floor price is yours. Freight is quoted per lane. Label week is a separate clock if these goods need your mark. Pantry staples will not absorb a new slogan on a Thursday and still make Friday.
