Who orders it
Pet pantry is a promise of sameness. If we have to switch a protein or a pouch size, you hear about it before the cut, not when the carton lands. A quiet substitution is how a regular loses trust in your aisle and then in us.
Carton facts
Dates matter more than the toy. Food pouches follow the same best-by rule as grocery: inner and flap must match, and arrival should clear 120 days on the standard codes. Toys have no date. Do not mix toy shortages into a food claim email or the photo set gets confused.
The email that works
Chew toys shed dust in the master. Keep them in their inner until the shelf. We will not take back a toy that has been in a dog's mouth, which should not need saying and still does, about once a quarter.
What we will not do
Standing reorders live on the restock pulse window. If your par is healthy, skip the week in the email. A skipped week is not a cancellation of the relationship. It is how we avoid parking extra kibble in your back room through a slow February.

Pet pantry moves on the Monday cut unless a pack page or a confirmation says a different window. Masters are what the yard lifts. Inners are what you counted in the email, unless you wrote the word masters.
The quirk on each pack page is the sentence to read aloud to a receiver. It is more useful than a second copy of the catalogue intro. If a count is off, open a second inner before the claim. A swapped band has masqueraded as a shortage more than once in this family.
Price is USD trade. Your floor price is yours. Freight is quoted per lane. Label week is a separate clock if these goods need your mark. Pet pantry will not absorb a new slogan on a Thursday and still make Friday.
