The method is a sequence, and skipping a step is how Fridays go strange. You choose a code. You name a yard and a window. We confirm or we refuse. The yard photographs the outbound. You receive against the ASN. Claims, if needed, match photo to photo.
Codes before adjectives
AP-TEE-6 is an order. Soft tees for the kids are a conversation. Conversations miss the 15:00 cut. The catalogue exists so a stranger on the pick can be right without a phone call. Priya Shah would rather fix a page than defend a fuzzy one.
Photos before adjectives, too
Jonah's outbound set is a flap, an inner, and a pallet. Your set, if something is wrong, should look like that. Helen can close a file that has both. She cannot close a file that has a mood. Same-day is better. Five business days is the outer edge when a band hid the miss.
Clocks before hope
Monday cut, midweek rush, label week, holiday sprint, weather hold. Each one has a page because people try to blend them. The confirmation is the blend we actually agreed. A weather hold is not an insult. It is an apron. Method includes stopping.
Blanks before ink is part of the same sequence. Andre would rather delay a launch photo than peel a bad sticker. Two masters will teach a closure. A season of printed goods will teach a bill.
Read the order window sheet and the promise next to this. Then write the code.
How this page is used
Method belongs in an email subject beside the yard and the window. Write before 15:00 Eastern on an ordinary Monday, and read the confirmation when the week is a holiday sprint. A complete note gets a yes or a no. A vague one gets a question that may miss the cut.
Receive at the door. Count one inner. Count a second if the first is short. Photograph the flap the same day if you will want a credit. Method does not change that sequence, and a short-pay on another invoice is not a substitute for it.
Weather, a missed appointment, and a locked receiver all move a floor day. The yard writes the next day in the same thread. Reply with what can wait. orders@insta.us remains the door in. There is no cart on this website.
Before you send
Put Method in the subject with the yard and the window, and put the quantity in the body as packs unless you truly mean masters. Forward that thread to the person who will meet the truck, because a receiver working from memory signs the wrong note. If this is your first order, two inners on the sample floor teach more than a pallet you cannot store. Newark and Columbus are the calm doors for a first count. Heat yards and winter yards can wait until you know the paper. A confirmation that names a different day than this page is the day to plan. Reply there, not in a new mailbox.
