What it is for
Minis are counted, not estimated. A tray of twelve can hide a gap under the lid. Lift the lid, look down, then close it. We have had pickers slide a short tray into a good sleeve. The sleeve is not the count.
How it ships
Testers are a separate code. Do not crack a sellable mini to make a tester because the shipment looked generous. If you need open stock for a counter, order the tester inner and keep it seperate from the sealed tray. Claims will not replace product you opened.
At the door
Heat is the enemy in Phoenix and a parked trailer in Dallas. Balm and cream masters move in the morning wave, not the 15:00 wave. If your window is Friday floor, ask for a morning appointment. An afternoon dock in July cooks a tin.
When it slips
Ingredients sit on the inner label. We do not rewrite them in the email. If a guest has an allergy question, read the bottle. If the bottle and our page disagree, stop the sale on that lot and write claims with both photos.
