The floor problem
During resort weekend, hotel shops write for Hand cream mini, eight because the shelf goes thin in a specific way. Code BT-CREAM-8. Price $29. Yard Miami.
The pack
Do not describe the good in the email and hope we match it. BT-CREAM-8 is the match. The inner is 8 tubes. The master is 30 of those, near 5.6 lb, which matters in a freight elevator and not at all in a slogan.
A clean receive
Receiving BT-CREAM-8 is a flap, then one inner, then a second inner if the first disagrees. Caps leak when the tray is inverted. If you only photograph the empty shelf later, the claim gets slower.
Claims and timing
Samples are two inners, billed, on the next open window at Miami. A photoshoot does not get a broken pack. Production orders still mean the code as written, even if the sample felt close enough.
Family context sits on the Beauty minis page, and the door is the Miami yard. Windows are Monday cut unless the confirmation names another. Claims go back on the order thread with photos, not as a short-pay.
Keep going
A worked Monday
On Monday 5 October 2026 a buyer writes before 15:00 Eastern. The subject is Miami Monday cut BT-CREAM-8. The body asks for 15 packs of Hand cream mini, eight. That request is 1 full masters of 30 plus a remainder the yard would rather not invent. The reply either rounds the line to whole masters or agrees a short inner. BT-CREAM-8 is not picked from a nickname.
The ASN then names BT-CREAM-8, the yard Miami, and a weight near 5.6 lb per master. The receiver opens one inner of 8 tubes and checks this specific fault: caps leak when the tray is inverted. If the first inner matches the flap, the other flaps get a look and the delivery is signed. If it does not match, a second inner is counted before anyone writes the word short. Photos of the flap and the inner stay in the same thread as the ASN.
Goods price is $29 USD times the pack count. Freight is a separate lane quote, because a short hop and a cross-country run are not the same truck. A later page price does not rewrite this confirmation. A claim on BT-CREAM-8 cites the master mark and the same-day photos. The credit, if one is due, follows the invoice, not a ticket the shop printed for resort weekend. A weather hold at Miami still pauses Hand cream mini, eight. The hold note names the next floor day, and the buyer says whether this code can wait.
